Watches NEWS
Omg!!!
It looks SSSSOOOO good!!! Ken, why'd you let me wait so long before trying it?!? Everyone needs to try a ceramic AP! I love that the bezel will retain that amazing AP brush/polish/sharp edge no matter what.
Hate Panerai !!!!
I will get right to the point here. I am a large collector and I have always disliked-hated Panerai watches. I have everything besides Panerai. They always seemed overpriced and plain. What changed? Why do I want it so bad?I think after having all the others my addiction is in full force. There is something about the brown strap and the tobacco dial that screams to me and forces me to withdraw money from my account. I have news for you folks I bought one and the postman is going to be here by 3pm! I am fired up to get this piece!!! This morning my wife said to me Why do you have that stupid grin on your face? What did you buy now? I've never seen that grin-smirk that big before She's about to find out what that smirk is all about in just a few hours here!!
Is it possible for crystal to be etched? (hard water?)
I just noticed that my newer SD43 crystal appears to be etched, the marks look just like hard water spots on a car. Very disconcerting.- I've already rinsed with water and washed with soap, soft sponge - no difference- I'm 100% sure the spots are there. Under certain angles and different lighting I can't see them, but under my desk lamp they are clearly visible.- Once seen, cannot be unseen.... I sometimes play with different chemicals such as brake parts cleaner, carb cleaner etc. I don't recall getting anything on here but that's likely it. How to get this off? CLR? Hit it with a buffing pad an Dremel? Automotive cutting compound? Nail polish remover? (Please don't say send it to the RSC!!!)ThanksPic for proofUse this URL for full resolution pichttps://i.imgur/aoFO4Sq.jpg
Rolex spring bars for GMT & Sub
Where in the UK can I get spring bars for the 116610 & 116710?Or can anyone recommend suitable alternative to the Rolex spring bar?
Lets see the coolest shot you have of your watch!
Anything goes. Here's my favorite. This picture was taken in the Grand Canyon after my wife and I took a helicopter ride in from Las Vegas! (Highly recommended btw)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
