Equipe Watches Rallies with duPont Registry at Barrett-Jackson Auctions
Equipe is a new, automotive-inspired watch brand with series bearing names such as Dash, Big Block, Hemi and Ball Joint. Born in Detroit, Equipe Watches are geared for those who are passionate about cars and want to wear that passion on their wrist. The brand’s latest marketing venture will make the watches available in the du Pont Registry booth at the important Barrett-Jackson collector car auctions. duPont Registry is a leading publication among high-end automobile collectors, offering an impressive array of rare, exotic and luxury cars for sale, and the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale is a mecca for auto enthusiasts of all types. For the exhibition, Equipe Watches built a custom display using a mold of an engine block, complete with pistons and manifold. Equipe watches will make their first Barrett-Jackson appearance at the 1st Annual Supercar Meet, June 25 -27 in Orange County, CA. Milus Kama Sutra Butterfly Watch Themed Cufflinks With Rotors
These cufflinks (cuff links? Space, no space?) might make you blush, but they are nice right? To me they combine a few thinks I like. Let's delay the obvious for now and focus on the awesome integration of the automatic rotors in the cufflinks. These are new 18k rose gold men's cufflinks from Milus, a Swiss watch maker who also dabbles in jewelry and accessories. ?? These nice looking men's accessories here are called Kama Sutra Butterfly cufflinks and are made in a casting process to help reproduce the look of a watch movement, which is the point. The cufflinks feature beautiful real rotating rotors (which wind nothing) that attached like normal rotors with a ball bearing mount. The casted gold has perlage polish and the look of a real movement engraved in the design. How cool! I've seen cufflinks similar to this, but none as well done. I imagine price will be up there.Aside from the brand name on the cufflink, you have the red and black motif of a butterfly, which is sorta feminine,

5726/1A - White Dial or Grey Dial?
Hi Everyone, it's my first Patek post in this forum.I was looking to get an everyday use Patek that doesn't stand out too much so thought a steel Nautilus would be best. And sort of settled on a 5726/1A with the steel bracelet because I thought the Annual Calendar function would be useful. I am in two minds about the grey or white dial.. Any thoughts?Thanks for your help...Cheers
