The 19th of September marked the date of the opening of what is, without exaggeration, one of the most exciting horological events I can recall in a long time. Montres Breguet, and the Legion of Honor (one of the San Francisco Museums of Art) have partnered to create the exhibition, “Breguet: Art And Innovation in Watchmaking,” which presents over 80 watches, clocks, and instruments spanning a wide period in early Breguet production, including the most productive years of Breguet himself, as well as those of his son, Antoine-Louis. 1 OF 34 The exhibition was years in the making and planning, and is co-curated by Martin Chapman, the curator in charge of decorative European arts and sculpture for the Legion of Honor, and Emmanuel Breguet, curator of the Breguet Museum co-located with the Breguet boutique on the Place Vendôme in Paris (which we took you inside here). Which ROO to choose?
New to this forum and this is my 1st post :)I currently have Sub-C, GMT II (The Batman) and Speedmaster MOTM. Now I am looking for something totally different and have been eying on AP. All my current watches are 40-42mm with black dial. I really like RO, but would like to have one bigger watch for versatile use.Current options are:* Navy 42mm* Rose gold 42mm* Ceramic silver dial 44mmCeramic ROO is 44mm and I wonder if it would be too big for me? I have 7 (178mm) wrist and I am 5.9 & 175 lbs. I haven't tried any of these options on before and of course will do that before buying. I have once tried 46mm Navitimer with a leather strap and it did not feel too large for me. I also have a 50mm Suunto (16mm thick) and wear it comfortably during my workouts. Of course it is a light watch, so comparing it directly to ROO might not be feasible.Lets assume watches are pre-owned around the same price point. I really like all three options, so advice would be highly appreciated :)What do you g

Just heard back from our local APSC that a grey panda dial is available out of AP Switzerland for my 39mm rosegold ROC at a reasonable price. I absolutely love the grey panda dial, especially now that AP has introduced the panda dial on the 41mm stainless steel and rosegold 41mm ROCs.Problem is my wife loves the white dial because it's a decent match to her rosegold Rolex. What do you think? Should I pull the trigger on the grey dial?

Anyone got the ROC 41mm yet?
If so, I would love to see some piccies! I like the 39mm but felt that it's a tad small. I think the extra 2mm will fit me just fine!
