Vintage Speedmaster
Hunting around today I was in a little shop and found this one. Never seen one with this big a case. Guys says it's one of the first Speedmaster's with a chrono complication. One of only a few thousand made. I was surprised at how thick and heavy the case was. A real beast. Pics not the best but anyone know more about this one? Any info would be of interest.

Advice needed with Omega PO
Over the last several months I've acquired several timepieces with the most recent being an Omega PO (orange number dial and rubber strap with orange stitching). My dilemma is I've fallen out of love with it. I admire the quality of construction and the co-axial movement and from a objective point of view the time piece is hard to fault. But it just doesn't stirr my emotions. My AD has a pre-loved Cartier Santos 100 XL (non chrono) for sale and I really like it. Would I be making a mistake by selling the Omega for the Cartier??I have been visiting this site for months now and find it rather addictive. There are a lot of knowledgeable members on this site which makes it even more interesting. JJ has over 49k posts !!! with a few other members not far behind. Heck, I even bought a new camera to take a few awesome pics of my time pieces and to no avail I can't seem to get my pics to appear like the guys here. Macro functions I am still toying with. Ordering from an AD - DJ36
My fianc�� is quite envious of my new DJ41, and in order for me to justify a bluesy at any point in the next year or two I believe I'll have to get her a nice gift as well. Can also use all these upcoming life events as great justification. ;-)She's poked around on the Rolex website and is quite interested in the 116234. DJ36 with jubilee bracelet, white mother of pearl face w/bling inside.I feel like this won't be a common model to stumble across at an AD. How long would I need to expect to wait once ordered? Trying to build myself a plan around the timing...and how I plan to pay for all this.

Another Wife Incoming Thread.
So after much deliberation and what not I went out and bought wifey a watch she loves. She has a 26mm DJ and wanted something a bit bigger. Do you think I overdid it? She always says you can't go wrong with diamonds I didn't remember to take a photo of it until after the wonderful woman at the AD wrapped it up so here's the photo from my weeks of browsing around. So lucky to have an amazing AD that wrapped it all nice and after that I explained that I was going to put it in another bigger box and wrap that one to throw wifey off the scent. After all the rolex green wrapping paper and fantastic ribbons would have given it away. Without missing a beat she went off into the back and got bubble wrap and a bigger box! I said no it's okay it'll look too good if you wrap it again it has to look like I did it so she laughed and said ok I'll do it the way my husband would So awesome I can't wait until Christmas I don't even care what my wife got me I just want to see her face
