Panerai 422
I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a 422, but I am not an expert on this particular model. As a watch lover, a know a little bit about a lot of watches but I can certainly use some additional information on this one. It's a pre-owned example, in outstanding shape. It looks new. Both OEM straps are brand new and they have never been used, the previous owner used the watch on a custom strap.It has triple boxes, paperwork from AD dated 11-2012, the brown leather and black rubber strap, plus the tool. I've always had an itch for Panerai but I was never willing to spend big bucks on a watch with a Unitas movement. This one, being in house, ticks the right boxes. Plus I think it's gorgeous. It was pretty much love at first sight, even though it looks ridiculous on my puny wrist. Any advice or anything I should know about this? Reliability? Desirability?
