Veni Vidi Vici Spirit Of The Dragon Collection: Watches Perfect For Aquaman
When I first saw the scaly bracelet of this watch, I instantly thought about Aquaman, the orange scale shirted, underwater comic book (hero?) character who "speaks with fishes." He probably sleeps with the fishes too. The pictured watches from from the Spirit of the Dragon collection from watch maker Veni Vidi Vici, whose goal is to recreate the romance of the Roman empire - in watch form. 2 omegas serviced and relumed
all work done by me :)first is a prebond , full movement service and relumesecondly a modern 2254.50 . It had suffered water damage in the past and although it was sent to me for a service a year ago the owner did not want the dial repaired . One week later he stops by and says the dial does not glow . Reason ? water damage. So I relumed it :)
Watch box - recommendation
I'm looking for a small watch box with those pillow pads to store my new PO. Any recommendations?? I'm not a collector so I don't need anything large or that holds 12 (who has that many!). I'm leaning towards something wooden without a display window. Thanks in advance
spring bar tool recommendation
Looking for a recommendation for a spring bar tool for changing out bands and straps. I bought one for for $10 on amazon and the pin end of it bent and broke off - i guess you get what you pay for. I want one to use with bracelets on Tudor's and Rolex's with and with out drilled lug holes. Thanks!
