Rubberclad Lume question
Hey guys, I've been entertaining the thought of buying my first AP and I think the Rubberclad fits the bill just right. I just have one question though, are the arabic numerals white or white with a slightly green hue? I've been looking at several pictures, and most of them have this slight tinge of green (I know it's the lume), but a few pictures show the numerals as 100% white. So is it just a matter of low light conditions hence the greenish look or did AP change the lume paint when they updated the RC?***Pictures are borrowed from members here on TRF. FOIS leather band, where to buy?
Hello everyone,I love the first omega in space speedy, and wish my budget would allow me to get one. In the meantime I have a 1967 ref 168.022 seamaster chrono with 19mm lugs that I believe would fit the FOIS leather strap. Any idea where and if I can purchase one? I can't foresee any issues fitting but I may not be as knowledgeable as everyone on here.Thanks everyone

and the price is attractive I buy. Only recently had I come across a solid gold Speedmaster. My heart started beating much faster and I pulled the trigger. Here is a pic.
omega clasp too tight
I purchased a speedy bracelet from ebay for my speedy pro 3570.50. Paid a pretty penny for it too. The bracelet is the older style 1498 with 840 end links.I am trying to figure out whether it is genuine or whether I got suckered into a fake.Reason why I feel something is not right is the clasp. The clasp is very stiff. It actually hurts my thumb trying to open the clasp, and it hurts my wrist when trying to lock it in. It is bloody tight!Are the omega clasps meant to be this bloody tight?
