PIAGET Altiplano 900P Only Watch 2015
To join the fight against Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) which affects almost 250,000 boys worldwide, Piaget has designed a unique version of its Altiplano especially for Only Watch. This watch will be auctioned off along with forty other timekeeping devices on November 7th. Famous for being the world's thinnest mechanical watch, the Altiplano model is fitted with a manual wind calibre which you can glimpse on the front and back. The slim figure doesn't allow for a dial (3.65mm thick) but the black satin-finish surface gleams in the 38mm white gold case. The hours and minutes tick by beneath two red baton-shape hands which glide over a painstakingly graduated silver ring. The hour rim switches between long single and double-thickness black indices off-centre in the top left of the watch. The power reserve lasts up to 48 hours. Unique piece �C onlywatch

007 special edition chronograph?
Hello all, I'm not usually to be found on this side, but I have an Omega related question. My colleague has recently got back from Bahrain and usually wears a Seamaster pro, but I noticed today him wearing a chrono with the 007 logo at the seven hour marker, and 007 on the clasp. I noticed that there doesn't appear to be one of those in the collection on the omega site, is it possible that he has an ersatz one or is it a special edition only available over that part of the world? I've only been able to find pictures of a similar watch on the web being sold in India, so just wondered if it was something for the market outside Europe? I'll be able to ask him more about it when I see him next week, but I'm just impatient!

Rolex Submariner (116610LN) Sound When Shaking?
Hey guys,Just got my new Rolex Submariner Ceramic! Looks beautiful. Not sure if this is an issue but, I noticed that when I shook the watch there is a sound like there is something loose inside. Like a screw shaking around. I put the crown in 3rd position to adjust the time to make sure I wasn't confusing it with the ticking sound. Is there something wrong with this Sub-C or is this something common with all Subs? First watch so any input would be greatly appreciated!Kevin
