Royal Oak Ref. 15300ST Discontinued!!!
I was reading today that the 15300ST is now discontinued! Looks like the only Royal Oak references to be sold moving forward are the new 15400 (40th Anniversary 41mm with cal. 3120), the 15202 'Jumbo' (39mm with cal. 2121) and the 15450 (37mm not sure if it is cal. 3120 or a different one).Time to get that 15300 like mine!
Speedmaster bezel
Hi this is my first time using the forum so problem may have been answered before. I have a Speedmaster Pro manual wind which is just 3 years old, yesturday the silver band that the bezel sits on fell off for no apparent reason i still got it but now it has a small dent in the side.Looking at my watch and bezel under a powerfull microscope at work it looks like the ring just sits over the main part of the watch ?. I have contacted several places to see if this can be fixed and they either want me to send the watch to them to look at first or just say it is going to be expensive. Does anybody know if i can repair it myself, is this a common fault and does anybody know of somebody who could fix it if it comes to that. With thanks in advance.GW.
Incoming (of sorts)
A nice present to myself...Looking forward to reading through this over the Holidays. Cheers! P.S. When there is no watch budget, what better way to scratch the WIS itch than to read and learn more about it.
My First Watch PP 5713/1G
I bought it in 2012 and it seems that it is not popular model in this forum.Did I make a mistake ?
