I was stupid enough...
I was in Tysons Corner, VA area for meetings, stopped by the Mall for lunch and walked into to the only AP AD in the area. I know the sales people very well and they take good care of me. I really wanted to try on the 39mm Explorer one more time before pulling the trigger on one, but there I was drifting towards the AP case instead...I got to try on the new 44mm carbon chronograph in black, very nice piece, especially the weight in relation to the size, but then sales guy - knowing me - insisted that I try on the classic 42mm rose gold chrono. And I was stupid enough to agree... Wow! Just wow! I'm totally blown away by that watch!I never see myself dropping $55,000 (regardless of what the discount might end up being) given how many kids I have (and yet to put through college), but if I could spare the change I would surely strongly considering awarding myself of of these pieces.What a wonderful piece of horology![photo cred: AP's website]

HELP! Looking for 3572.50...
Hello all,Disclaimer alert: please forgive any error on my part, I am completely new to watches.I am looking to purchase a first watch as a wedding present and had my eye on the Speedmaster. By nature I'm very curious and having read several forums, blogs and articles, I've been leaning towards the new Hesalite (311.30.42.30.01.005) because of its vintage look and feel (and history), but at the same time I love the back sapphire case on the Sapphire Sandwich one.And so my research has led me towards the 3572.50, which basically has both features I'm looking for. Can anyone help me, is it possible to find a new 3572.50? If not, what would be the reliable and suggested way of purchasing it second-hand? Any idea what they go for approximately?On another note, is it just the Omega website or are the 3570.50 and the newer version actually different, because the pictures on the website don't look the same at all....omegawatches/watches/...2-mm/35705000/https://.omegawatches/watches...1130423

Rolex Daytona- Seconds hand doesn't move
Good Morning,Hope everyone is doing well and having a great day.So, I have a question for Rolex experts as I've no clue about this watch. I recently bought a Daytona from Bobs watches for my husband and when I received it, I saw its not running as it required winding. I turned the crown clockwise as mentioned in the booklet but the seconds hand doesn't move. It stays at 12:00 position. Can anyone help how to make the seconds hand move. Thanks a lot for all your help.
