Does any one noticed if AP uses different font on the engraving
Hi Guys,I'm curious to see if any one noticed this, if AP is using different fonts on their engraving on the J series and on the buckleslast picture is the one I noticed in all j seriesSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
AP RO Chrono
I purchased a RO 39 mm chrono in white gold. Maybe you can help. After I stop chrono within minutes the watch stops working. I have to shake watch to start. Took to my watchmaker, his dx: one of the coupling wheels was broken. He said it was a F Piguet movement that was also used by Omega. He could order the part from AP for $600 or Omega for $140. What should I do? All this is on to of the $1200 service. I love the watch, its a keeper, but if I do sell do I disclose this? Your thoughts please. Sorry I am not good at reference numbers
Caring for a Breitling
So how do you guys care for your 'Lings? Do you use a winder? What if you actually use it for diving, how do you care for it after exposure to salt water? What do you use to clean a Breitling, just to get off the grime that accumulates after extended periods of daily use? Do you guys have any secrets or tips that you're willing to share? This is my first expensive time piece, and I really love it, so I want to make sure it stays well maintained. Thanks for any and all responses.
Breitling for Bentley Motors
This is my favourite watch that I own. My 2009 Rolex Submariner is my number two fav. Is anyone else here a Breitling fan...?
GMT II moniker?
For some reason, I am not a fan of numbers in product names. GMT-MASTER II seems to imply a III will come later, and it takes away from the timeless aspects of the watch, imo. Anyone else feel this way? Love the new pepsi ss but I can't bring myself to purchase because of the name.
