Hi guys, just received my 1955 pre 806 Valjoux 72 AOPA NAvitimer, unrestored except for rust on the hands taken off, is true pirate gold. The Navitimers are much more beautiful than I thought, it stands so very much impressively on the wrist, pictures to follow soon!!
Atlanta Omega Boutique GTG was First Class
The Atlanta Omega Boutique at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta hosted our ATL Spring GTG. Oh my, it was first class! Boutique Manager, Calvin Fong, and his associate, Brent Reames, working with our ATL area Omega guru, Fr. John Shinall, put together a fantastic event. Leta Saveints, Omega's district manager for the Southeast came up from Palm Beach. Omega National Training and Sales Manager, Charles Laevens, flew in from his New York office to share a very informative presentation to the 23 WIS who attended. The coffee and donuts tasted good on arrival and then after the presentation we walked a few store-fronts away to the posh Tavern at Phipps where Omega hosted our group to lunch. After a delicious meal we returned to the Boutique to handle and admire the complete Omega watch collection. What a treat!Our ATL group wishes to thanks Calvin Fong and the whole Omega team for making today a special event. As Fr. Is there a date range that certain models got serif fonts?
Bringing rolex(s) back from Mexico?
Hi everyone. Thanks for the help ahead of time. I'm traveling to Mexico next week and may want to bring back one maybe two rolexes. From what I understand, rolex USA allows for the importation of one rolex back into the USA. Does anyone know if this is per individual or household? For instance, if I put one in my name and one in my wife's name, is that ok?
