Oris Regulateur "Der Meistertaucher" - Big Is Beautiful
The polls have been counted, the results are in and the verdict...size matters! Well, at least underwater, according to Oris. The swiss watchmaker, well known for producing high quality yet at the same time surprisingly affordable diving watches, has just released its new diving watch, and its the largest ever! At 49mm the Regulateur "Der Meistertaucher" is no delicate timepiece, but then again, one would generally not consider diving a particularly delicate pursuit either. However, one must really wonder at the practicality of a watch this size out of the water. My new 15300OR
I had to flip my 15400ST because it just was too big for me. Well I really like the Rose gold RO’s so I stopped by AP in Clearwater and they let me try on some 39mm’s and they were perfect. So I started the long search and finally found this beauty. I think it fits me perfectly. Came with box and papers and 2 year warranty. I know AP still makes a 39 in the Jumbo but man I wish they would for their whole line. I’d love to get an offshore in 39 or at least 40mm.
Diver 15710
About ready to take the plunge later this year and buy the 15710 from my local AD and i could do with you guys to help tip me over the edge. Would love to know your thoughts on the Diver and if you have/had one what its like for a daily and all the pros and cons. Please do feel free to throw some pictures below too!
AP ROO or Ceramic Diver?
I have the 2014 AP ROO in Royal Blue and think about switching to Ceramic Diver. Is that a good choice?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1415571017.320578.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1415571052.106110.jpg
