Audemars Piguet Water Resistance
Hi all. I popped by the Audemars Piguet boutique today to get a new strap for my beloved AP. I decided to get a complimentary water-resistance test since it doesn't take more than 5 minutes. To my shock and disappointment, my AP ROO ref 26400SO, which was barely 3 month old from an Official AD, did not pass the test. They told me that I should send it in for a service, and anything done to the watch would be FOC as it is under warranty.However, after blowing $46,800 Singapore Dollars on a watch, should I not be expecting quality control better than this? I am frankly a bit upset that this is an issue, and I now have to send it back to AP for 6-8 weeks. Has anyone ever experienced this? What do you guys think about this lack of QC? Is it something that I have a right to be upset about? We are talking about a 3-4 month old watch purchased in July. I need some advice!!

Do anyone have the latest RRP of the Panda and SS Diver in United Kingdom with VAT included? And is the current VAT at 20%? Will be going London for a short trip this coming April, thinking whether to bring home some 'babies' or not. Many thanks guys. Cheers!

Good Morning Wise forum. After 3 years of wrist time with my lovely Daytona I feel ready to treat myself to something new. Yesterday I tried on a ROO black face with a black rubber strap at a shop in the city and I was very impressed with the feel and the quality but at over ��9k 2nd hand seem very steep. Rolex warranty transferable?
Quick question: If someone buys a brand new Rolex from anAD and then decides to sell it a year later, does the Rolex warranty transfer to the new owner of its still in the 5 year time period?
