Review: Seiko 5 SNK803K2 Military Beige
I first became aware of the Seiko 5 series while aimlessly meandering the watch pages of Amazon. At the time, I was happy to have found some humorously cheap Timex's to buy and fool around withI guess I was just having one of those "I need to buy something" moments. Regardless, when I came across a set of very nicely styled military automatics, made by Seiko, that cost just under $100 dollars, I knew I stumbled upon something great. Fast-forward a week, I received my Seiko 5, unboxed it and was immediately pleased with what I saw.Case: Sandblasted Stainless SteelMovement: Seiko 7S26B 21 Jewel Automatic with Day/dateDial: Beige w/ Black Markers and Luminous DotsLens: HardlexCase Back: Display BackStrap: Beige Double Layered Nylon w/ Steel BuckleWater Res.: 10atm (100m/300f)Diameter: 37 mmThickness: 11mmLug Width: 18mmWarranty: Store SpecificIn true military watch style, the design of the Seiko 5 is very purposeful.? Honest opinion about 114060 AND 116710LN together
Hi guys, still playing with the idea of what to buy next.... I have a couple of options however also some ''struggles'' to go with one or each other. Some models i just simply don't like, a Explorer would be another great option but i have to go with the 40mm and i just don't like ''older'' watches, cause i buy them for myself only, and i don't like another his history on my wrist. If you could only own 2 rolexes, would a GMT master 2 with the black bezel and a 114060 no date make a good combo ? I know it is a bit boring perhaps, but the green hands, the date window the bezel and center links + green letters on dial and different functions makes it quite a different watch to me... and a plus point is that my girlfriend can wear one of them while we are out and makes a nice ''couple'' watch in 1.... Well at least, that is what i think... But i guess i would get negative comments of you guys as i guess you will find it to boring for just a 2 piece collection?Any pro's?Any con's?Would i be
116610LV waiting-list time Europe
Hi there, I'm on a waiting since end November at Bucherer (major Rolex AD) in Zrich Switzerland. I'm curious how many of us located in Europe are on a waiting list and a long were they quoted as drivers time. So thanks in advance for giving your input.
