Watches NEWS
aBlogtoRead.com Now Available On Your Amazon Kindle
This is pretty cool actually. For those of you who have an Amazon Kindle e-ink device, you can now get aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer sent directly to your device. Many people rely on their Kindles for reading material when they are not at home and when they are on the go. The ingenious device uses wireless phone network signals to send and receive data from the devices. In fact, that part of the system is free once you get a Kindle. In addition to books, the Kindle has magazines, newspapers, and now blogs available. You can browse the catalog on the go, and get whatever you want delivered to you automatically, all the time.Receiving aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer on your Kindle is not free, but it is very cheap. Getting aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer sent automatically each day to your Kindle with each new post costs $1.99 a month. Overall really cheap I think. What Amazon does is transform the website into an e-ink version that looks pretty cool, and it will automatically get each new post directly
Zodiac Sea Dragon Review
All too often, when a great old, but defunct brand name falls into new hands, either nothing happens with it, or they take that once great name and sully it with a poor lineup and bad decisions. It's like a weird get-rich-quick scheme for watch brands. They think that by taking a once established name, they are guaranteed a successful new line… Well, design, branding, authenticity and a slew of other important things go into it, so most of those re-launched brands fizzle after not long. Thankfully, that’s not the case with Zodiac.Zodiac was once a great and innovative brand, pushing the boundaries of design and technology for years, making some great cult classics, like the Sea Wolf. Unfortunately, like many others, they didn't survive the quartz-crisis. In the mid 90's Fossil brand picked up the name and revived it, though never re-established it to what it once was. As we learned in Basel this year (check out that article for some more details) there are some new minds at
Hands-On: With The New Two-Tone Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15400
The big news from Audemars Piguet is a working prototype of this guy, and we're gonna get to that, but first here is a quick update. The standard Royal Oak, reference 15400, is now available in a two-tone case. Doesn't seem like much, and frankly it isn't much, but the two-tone Royal Oak holds a special place in the heart of many, as the original 5402 was indeed offered this way. Here are a few snaps of it. Price is set at $25,600 and more details can be found here. 2 OF 2

Omega PO goes to Cuba
Just got back from Cuba, spent a beautiful week there with my girlfriend Corine and some buddies (Scott and Kurt), soaking up the sun, smoking lots of cigars, and drinking lots of rum. It's a very interesting country, the literacy rate there is apparently over 95% which is on par with or better than many Western countries, and they have a health care program where every citizen is able to see a doctor. Whether or not treatment is readily available is another story however, as there is a shortage of even the most basic things, like cold medicine and even toilet paper. There is 0 homelessness which I found interesting, since the government assigns every person a home of some sort. One rather strange sight was a fair bit of hate propaganda in the form of billboards etc. aimed at America. The Cuban government wants very much for the Cuban people to resent America, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. I spoke with many locals and did not find a single one who hated America, an
