Introducing the Autodromo Prototipo Brian Redman LE
I've been a pretty big fan of the Autodromo Prototipo watches since they were first released in 2013. Simply put, they are one of the best releases of the last couple of years, with pitch perfect styling and razor sharp execution. Their vintage aesthetic just nails the look and feel of 60's and 70's racing chronographs, but with enough twists and turns to make them distinctly Autodromo. I recommend reading our lengthy review here, if you are unfamiliar with the watches. One such twist was that when they were initially released, there was a limited edition version dedicated to Vic Elford, a renowned driver of the Prototype-era. The watch, which featured a 3-eye chronograph, some very stylized coloration based on Mr. Elford's Porsche 907 paint job, sold out almost immediately upon release.Following the success of the Elford, Autodromo has teamed up with another iconic driver of the prototype era for a new limited edition watch. RO 15300 bracelet question
Hello all. Just got a new 15300. It's beautiful. The Pateks will be going to the penalty box for a while.I would like to get a proper screwdriver for sizing the bracelet. I don't know anything about them. What kind, size, etc is proper for that bracelet? Also, where would be a good place to buy one?
5711 or 116500 , stolen or lost....
OK. So first thing - the title of the thread only represents a concern, not an event. I hope nobody ever has to experience itThe pondering though, is simply...If one was fully insured, for replacement or compensation, how would it work? Its a paradoxical situation - because you can't buy one at rrp readily, if you were compensated. Presumably they won't give you the required - nearly 100% extra required to buy one from grey market... Neither can the insurance company acquire one in the constraints of the current market?!!!
Nautilus vs Aquanaut Pictures
Hey everyone,I'm really wanting to purchase my first Patek and am having a hard time deciding if I should go with the 5711 (preferably white) or the 5167. So I thought that maybe if all of you posted some pictures of yours it could help me make my decision. Also any advise you guys have would be great. One question I do have: does the 5167 hold its value as well as the 5711? Thanks!
