I am getting that itch again, think I need an AP
Really want to add an AP into the collection. Have had a RO, 2 ROO and 2 44 Novelties in the past. For one reason or another I am without an AP at the moment. Gave one to one of my sons and traded or sold the others away. Was thinking about a RO or the ROC. Wish the ROC had an inhouse movement or that would be a simple move. Still thinking of getting a black dial to offset my white Daytona. Had a chance to see the black dial Rose on strap and WOW is that something. Haven't seen the white dial must be impressive too. Anyone have first hand experience/opinions on these two?ROO - to me the black with red is far and away the best iteration. Having never owned a Diver, that has my attention too. I see a lot of these being traded, why does it appear people tire of these?Couple questions, anyone own a ROC and a Daytona, if so, does the Daytona ever see the light of day?I know in the past with a RO it recieved it's fair share of time. The Patek Salon in London tell me this is not possible (i.e. to switch over to the strap and deployment from either a 5712G or a 5726). So we have the official line from Patek. Anyone tried it unofficially ?

Anyone wearing a 499?
I'm getting ahead of myself here but I'm thinking of a second PAM (I haven't got my first yet!).I don't have anything with a white dial and I think it would make a nice change and a great addition to my stable. My ideal reference would be a 312 or 1312 with a white dial and the 499 (or new 1499) seems to be the closest option

Advice purchasing a 2006 Rolex GMT Master II 16710
Hello all I was looking into purchasing a GMT Master II 16710, I managed to find a D serial with full box and papers, from a dealer I trust, the overall condition looks great with some light dings. I have bought from this dealer before and they have proven to be very trustworthy.The dealer has informed me that the watch has been lightly polished in the past but nothing too major, I'd just like your advice on weather this watch has been over polished or is in good condition for its �7950 ($8690) price tag.Thank you all again in advance for your help!Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
