Are you ready for a watch like this? Is anyone ever really ready for a watch like this? Among his many watches, Alain Silberstein offers some tourbillon models. Less popular today, a few years ago these iconoclastic tourbillon timepieces really offered something very different. Take this Black Storm model (ref. Bad time to buy a 5711/1a blue?
I've been going back and forth for a few months now and have fallen for the Blue 5711 hard. The problem however is in the past couple months the grey market prices have really taken off and starting to seem borderline ridiculous with preowned pieces at just under 30k now. Question is is this just a temporary bump or will this be the new norm? Seems like an awful big jump in just a couple months.

Considering 312 :: How Does It Wear?
Hey Guys,I've been looking around for a new Panerai to join my PAM000, something with a little more going on than my beloved yet plain base model. I've settled on the 312, as it has a lot of what I'm looking for - 1950 case, sandwich dial, automatic in-house mvmt, display case back, seconds hand, etc. However it seems to be thicker than the 000? Does it wear larger than the 000 (or similar models) or does it feel pretty much the same?At 44mm my Zero is my absolute limit, size-wise, thus my concern. With my 6.5 wrist would I be better off with a 392/1392?(I have tried on the 392 and 1392, but not a 312 yet.)Thanks guys!
