Citizen Watch Company of America President Laurence Grunstein Retires
Citizen announced today that Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. president Laurence Grunstein will retire effective April 15, 2011. Grunstein joined Citizen as USA president in 1985. He was also appointed President, Citizen Watch Company of Canada, Ltd. in 1993 and Managing Director and CEO, Citizen Watch United Kingdom, Ltd. in 2000. Mr. Grunstein's successor, Jeffrey A. Cohen, Executive Vice President, Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. and previously Worldwide President of the Movado brand at Movado Group, Inc., will be named President, Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc., upon Mr. Grunstein's retirement.Mr. Tetsuro Nakano, Chairman, Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc., said Citizen recognizes Larry's tireless commitment during the past two-and-a-half decades to the development of the Citizen brand in the U.S., Canada and the U.K., making the COA Group the top-performing subsidiary within Citizen's worldwide organization. IWC Aquatimer Watches New For 2014
The "new way" at IWC is to make each year themed. Last year was the year of the Ingenieur while the year before that was year of the pilot watch. 2014 at IWC will be the year of the Aquatimer, so expect to see a fully re-launched collection of some of the nicest high-end tool watches around. Actually, before we move on to discuss a preview of the 2014 Aquatimer watches I want to clarify my previous statement. While for the most part IWC shows the media only pieces of a specific family (i.e. Aquatimer), it isn't true that they don't release other new models. Those merely wait until later in the year to be released. Anyhow, back to our excitement over the new Aquatimers. UPDATE: watches-dealer has new 2014 IWC Aquatimer watch information with additional details and models here.It was back in 2009 that IWC last revisited the Aquatimer, and the collection was nice but a bit controversial. Why controversial? Nothing was wrong with the pieces but some people felt that they were too colorful.

Winding Question
Hey everyone I was wondering if I need to send my AP for service. I fully wind the watch manually (around 40 times) the night before I wear it again in the morning. However, 8 hours within the day the watch stops even though I have been wearing it. I have to re-wind it twice in a day usually for it to continue to run. So this is my question, shouldn't the watch be able to continue to run without the initial winding due to movement of my hands, or is something wrong with my watch. Please let me know all about the winding responsibilities for the AP royal oak 15400 because I might be doing something wrong. Thanks!
