In not-so-inconspicuous strategies catering to presumably affluent consumers, a number of watch brands engage in elaborate marketing exercises during the annual Art Basel Miami show for modern and contemporary art. This year, IWC showcased its new Portofino Midsize collection amid the swank sun-drenched pool deck of the W South Beach. Gots me a chronograph
So after a couple of months of searching i found a Dynamic chronograph. The full set: Box, papers and warranty/dealer booklets.This fits in with my collection nicely i feel (you can find my collection in the Rolex Gallery). The Omega Deville Co Axial Chronny.This is beautiful. Never really noticed one before, I saw somebody wearing a year or so old one today with a white dial and sapphy crystal caseback.To me, this is as a pretty as a WG Cos on a leather strap and a heck of a lot cheaper.Talk to me guys, I know nothing about this gorgeous beast. Movement, history etc.So many watches, so few pennies.J

New 31mm Datejusts from BaselWorld - When for Sale?
I am a newbie to Rolex having owned only Pateks but I am enchanted with Rolex Everose. I see the new 31mm's just announced at Basel World have the new movement so I am hoping to buy one by this summer either directly from my local AD or possibly from the gray market. For new model ladies watches how soon are they available at the AD? How soon at a gray market dealer? Are there usually waitlists for ladies Rolexes?
