First, the dials were made by the same manufacturer, Singer, and the movements were made by Valjoux (although Rolex made a couple minor tweaks to its Valjoux 72s). You will notice that the dials of these 1963 Daytonas and Carreras even have the same exact hour markers,

Speedmaster - how common?
I was at a major AD yesterday. The sales guy said that the Speedmaster was selling like crazy and more than SMP, PO and AT. Though nice that people have good taste, I see very few of them in the wild. AT would be the one i see most I think. What is your experience?
