For those of us without deep pockets, Orient watches present an incredible value. Bring a Loupe: A Crazy Rare Zenith El Primero And Five Nicely Priced Chronographs From Wittnauer, Minerva, Mathey-Tissot, And More
This Bring A Loupe will be dedicated entirelely to everyone's favorite complication, the chronograph. You will find an extremely rare (and very exotic looking) Zenith El Primero, the reference G383, produced in only 200 examples in 1970. We also scoured eBay in order to find some relatively affordable chronographs, most of them under $1,000. As you might expect, no Heuer or Universal Geneve made it this week given our budget constraint, but you will discover some other really exciting watches from Wittnauer, Minerva, and Mathey-Tissot. Patek Philippe stylus
I am new to the patek world and I'm sure some may know about this already, but I just realized it this morning that the stylus that came with my patek 5990 is 18k white gold. I noticed the little stamps on the stylus this morning when changing the date on my watch. It is unbelievable that something so small would have so much detail and for patek to finish it in solid gold. So elegant. Do all patek watches with date come with solid gold stylus?a couple pictures below

Did I say I was a one watch guy?
Well...I'm giving it a second go with a GMT. Last time was with a BLNR, but I didn't like it.Unfortunately, this was received the same day as some bad news, so there is a bit of a black cloud hanging over the experience. That may make it short lived.
