Better ceramic...
I've just red that the ceramic of the white diver, is a super ceramic, 9 times harder than steel, and at 1850 vickers when the ceramic of the black model is at 1350 vickers.Won't make me change my mind and go for the white but if what they say is true the watch is almost indestructible. That makes quite a few divers to choose from, even if they are being discontinued for some. Here's the pics of the ones I know of, which do you prefer?I prefer ceramic, then FC then tantalum, then SS, black and last white dial ap_image.2696478.jpgap_image.3251538.jpgIMG_9011.jpgaudemars-piguet-qeii-cup-2014-royal-oak-offshore-diver-limited-edition.620.316.s.jpgL1040322.jpg

Mens NOS Omega Military Seamaster 300 Divers Watch 1970
New to the board and was hoping to get some feedback from some of you boardmembers who are omega fanatics......For sometime now I've seen these NOS Omega Seamaster watches posted on Ebay...I've done some various google searches on these watches and it seems that there is a company called Watchco in Australia which was a former distributor and authorized repair facility for Omega and they continue to make these watches out of NOS parts. I-ve posted a link to a current auction and have included a couple of pics also below.....I am a fan of vintage watches and the look of this watch with the stainless mesh bend is fantastic. I wanted to see if anyone on the board has one of these NOS watches and get your impression feedback and wrist pics. It would be especially interesting to see one of these side by side with a rolex sub or gmtcgi.ebay/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:ITCHEERS!
5980ss plus 5205r would be a perfect duo
I've taken my 5980/1A out of the safe today, it has been sitting there for a while, kinda missed it. I've been also trying to find a perfect dress Patek to compliment the 5980 and I have my eyes set on the 5205r black dial, I think this reference would truly go well with it, what do you guys think? couple of snaps of my other watches in the mix with 5980ss
