Romain Jerome Steampunk Watch
Romain Jerome (RJ) isn't beating around the bush with this one. They call it what it is. This is the new RJ Steampunk - and is a follow-up timepieces to the limited edition Romain Jerome Titanic-DNA Tourbillon Steampunk (hold on, let me take a breath) A la Grande watch from a few years ago. There are some differences in style, but the main change (aside from the dial design) is the lack of "Titanic DNA" part of the name and this time RJ uses a movement without a tourbillon -which will certainly help with affordability. The Steampunk is large at 50mm wide and the bezel is oxidized metal (going with the Titanic DNA theme). The "X" motif of the bezel claws are continued with screws that go deep into the dial. These screws are also meant to resemble steam engine pistons. The large Roman numeral hour markers for 12 and 6 are large and purposes done in a scratched-up texture. We have seen these hands before - and they are meant to evoke the Titanic's anchor. It is pretty neat and still feels
Omega 9300 at rest
I've not owned a Speedmaster in decades. Last example was a moon watch purchased c. 1969, which I traded away in 2001, and regret it.I've read that some timepieces, when not worn at night, keep more accurate time if resting in a certain position.Might anyone know if that holds true for the Speedy 9300, specifically a gray, if that matters?Any knowledge would be appreciated.Tg

5712R Price
I think the 5712R should be my next acquisition. But from a negotiation standpoint, how much should a fair price be for it? I know most PM models there is more wiggle room than with steel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
116713 vs BLNR
Hi guys, looking for help in my next purchase. My Rolex Journey started with a BLNR back in 2014. I'll attach pics after the post. Wore it for about 6 months before the PCL's started to annoy me, swapped them out for a RubberB. 6 months later, the blue started becoming 'too blue' at times, and I kept googling Sub VS Gmt topics. After being convinced on how everyone always mentions how iconic the Sub has been and always will be, I flipped my BLNR for a 114060 no date sub-c. Wore that for around 4 months before realizing I really need a date function! Sorry, but pulling out my phone each and every time just didn't cut it. Flipped it for a 116610LN. Loved it to bits, which is still the watch I'm wearing till today, (I'm 28 this year). Unfortunately, the GMT has caught my attention again, and I'm torn between going back to the BLNR or giving the 116713 a shot. Based on what I've read, the price of a used 116713 and a brand new BLNR is around the same. (please correct me if I'm wrong). Some
