Watches NEWS
The lume is now super oversized and could be called Maxi-Dial, hitting a term of Rolex
The sizes of watch in 42 mm, which is not changed from before. The figures on the bezel are somewhat like numbers of space invaders which inhabit the bezel on the B01 thus. Movement is the calibre 17 proven Breitling and helium Valve is located at 10. Water resistance remains unchanged at 1500m. The new dial colours are called: Black Abyss, the Abyss of money, abyss, red and yellow Abyss blue Abyss. The tip of the needle of the seconds also matches the color of the ring of chapter, which is a nice touch.
INCOMING: from none to two AP in under a week!
Following much great advice and many varying opinions from my fellow TRFers, I just picked up a Diver. I really appreciated everyone's input, and thank you all.To quickly reply to a number of the slightly more serious points made in the thread I started yesterday, Why should I NOT buy a Diver:I do not consider it to be too similar to my 15400...far from it. To me they are no more similar than a Date-Just and a Deep Sea.I do not like the new white dialed Diver, it was always going to be black dialled for me....IMHO it is not correct for a dive watch to have a sapphire case back, and I certainly would not pay extra to have it....also, if ever I feel the need to look at the 3120 movement I'll pick up my 15400....I really don't care if it's ISO 6425 compliant or not.The Euro prices are shooting up rapidly, and I got a good deal....Sorry for the poor pic....I'll try to do better in the next few days......meanwhile...........I think I LOVE AUDEMARS PIGUET!
15300 or 15400 in Montreal anyone ?
Hi Everyone, especially the AP lovers up north.I was wondering if there was anyone around willing for a small GTG so I can try a 15300 ? Reason I am asking is that none are in store at the swiss in Montreal. Before jumping on a nice new one I found I would prefer to try it and see it in the flesh. Either will do to help with the decision.Willing to pay coffee or Dominic

Just curious looking at Pateks holy trinity. This is the top of the crop guys. So, what do you think? Any favorites? Anyone has pics on their wrist? 5204 vs 5207 vs 5208
Old for new Pepsi?
Hi,Just wondering what your opinions are.I’m keen to get the new GMT Pepsi at some stage and currently own a beautiful year 2000 GMT2 Pepsi. It was originally a Coke but has the Pepsi Insert and original Coke insert plus a new black insert. It has Swiss Made Superluminova Dial but non SEL. (Seems it just got the SWISS MADE Dial but just missed the SEL. A-serial.Condition amazing but there is a small scratch on the minute hand. I only purchased it a year ago, and a local jewellery regulated it for me so keeps perfect time, but I think that’s how it got the tiny scratch on the hand. If I keep it I plan to send to Rolex for a full service and hand replacement (modern hands anyway and full dial lume is good).Would you sell the year 2000 to buy the new one? Or if you kept would you service at RSC?Any views appreciated.(I also have a JC Deepsea and a BLNR)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
