Voutilainen GMR Watch For 2015
One of my favorite independent watch makers, Mr. Kari Voutilainen, is coming out with at least one new watch this year, and it is the beautiful new Voutilainen GMR as a limited edition of just 12 pieces. The Voutilainen GMR (I believe it is named as such because it combines a GMT function with a power reserve indicator) is a gorgeous addition to the Voutilainen family, combining welcome and familiar aesthetics with a new dark dial which just hints at sportiness.The Voutilainen GMR more-or-less takes the Voutilainen GMT-6 (hands-on here) and adds a power reserve indicator while changing up the GMT indicator a bit. What makes the Voutilainen GMR so useful is that it both allows the wearer to know when to wind the watch, as well as offering a second time zone via the GMT hand. Hi everyone,Just got myself a Superocean Steelfish 44mm Silver Dial (2008), my first Breitling.Still getting used to the weight of the watch, it is Heavy. (Much much heavier than my Rolex and Omega)Not sure if this topic came up before, It it possible to fit the Pro II Bracelet to the New Breitling Push Button Clasp?Would this not be the ideal combination? Security and easy adjustments.Maybe I should ask AD.Any thoughts?

Introduced an AD to the Beast
I stopped by a local AD yesterday and let the owner fondle my PloProf. Although he carries Omega (also Breitling and Rolex), he had never seen the PloProf in the flesh. He called his sales people over for me to explain all the details and features. He even took the watch into the restroom and turned off the lights so that he could check out the bezel lume.He took it upon himself to admit that the PloProf was much more balanced and more comfortable on his wrist than the Deep Sea. Fluorescent Diamonds on Serti Dial
I happened to put my UV light on my Serti GMT last night and noticed that the diamonds at 4 and 5 were fluorescent and the other 6 diamonds were not. From other google searches I have found that although Rolex may use flawless gems in their watches they appear to not believe florescence is a flaw. Any one else notice fluorescent diamonds on your Rolex ?? Lots of opinions on whether or not diamond fluorescence is a flaw or not. In natural light the diamonds look fine.
