AP 15300 keep or sell?
I have an AP RO 15300 with BLU dial, year 2009 complete with box and papers. I am tempted to sell it to finance another big watch, but seeing its continuous increase in value I am not convinced anymore. Should I keep it? Thank you!

The Stripper and the Patek
The Stripper and the Patek Mar 22, 2005 - 12:50 PM (This is a reposting of an article on another watch forum).PLEASE NOTE - I am a Patek owner and my wallet has on average about $15 (if I am lucky) in it! Last week I was entertaining some Japanese business guys and they wanted to see a strip club. So we go to a strip club in sleepy little Nashville but I forgot that I had my 5970 on my wrist. We find a spot and settle in, sip a drink and a beautiful girl sits down. After a few minutes of small talk she says That's a Patek isn't it?. Feeling stupid and more than a little worried I say Nope, just a cheap copy. Looking at my wrist in almost total darkness from 3 feet away she says Yeah, it's too big to be that calendar stop watch they make... what's that one called again?. I'm thinking 'how the hell does this chick know about a 3970?'. Why the interest in watches baby?, says an uncomfortable HRC. I can sort men by their watches and shoes says the expert. Rolex guys are all flash, avera
Recent Addition (5-digit content)...
I've had my 116710LN for a little over 7 years now and had always wanted to add a Polar 216570 to my collection. I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow from my fave AD. However, during the 3-week wait I started going back to look at 5-digit references, specifically the 16600, which I had always had a thing for as well. Prices have been creeping up for a while now, yet I had hesitated to pull the trigger.I finally found an M series 16600, that looked to almost be NOS w/ all papers, accessories, etc for a decent price. Well, it arrived today and I am thrilled. I was worried it may be top heavy as many people have complained about, but honestly, it is one of the most comfortable watches I own and of similar size to my Marathon GSAR. I thought the Polar 216570 would be my daily wearer, but now I don't know...the 16600 just melts into my arm, if that makes sense. Anyways, just wanted to share my excitement...now I'm looking at 16570s, which I know is dumb with a 216570 waiting on me.
