AP and the ballpark
Hello all, just wanted to share some pics with you all. Took the trusty Diver to Wrigley Field tonight. We were four rows back from the field. My friend also caught a foul ball. I was surrounded by GMT's and one TT Daytona. In all it was a great night except the cubs lost
Price Increase? Prices Were Frozen?
I got my Bond GMT Co-ax 1.5 years ago. The tag price was $4500 CAD back then. A couple of days before new year, I went to the same jeweller-A.D. to check the price tag. It was $4500 CAD, same as 1.5 years ago.Do you think Omega (Semaster Bond) prices would rise this year? Any idea? Any info and opinion?I will be very happy if you could enlighten me, please.Capt. Bezel Swap for SMP Chrono
I took my SMP out of my closet after it sat for over 10 years. I noticed that the bezel which is chrome with blue numbers and markers have been chipped off some so I purchased a knock off bezel for $20 from eBay. The seller states the swap will be easy and will not require nothing more than a pocket knife. Well, I was able to remove the bezel with numerous tries, but can't seem to budge the insert off. I tried for half an hour and finally gave up. I am going to bring it to a jewelry store that offers watch repair to see if they can do the swap. Has anyone tried to do this themselves? Or have taken it to a repair shop for the job? Here is a pic of my watch.
