Is Luxury Watch Marketing Failing?

It is difficult to travel more than a few steps in any commercial area and remove yourself from a line-of-sight view with a poster or sign marketing a watch maker �C often with a regional or international celebrity wearing the product. This is my first Omega (maybe my only?). Found one brand new in wrap overseas. Anyways, I'd like to get a nice leather strap for it, but I'm not sure what leather strap models will fit the 3573.50. Also, do you know if I can pick up a leather strap with the Omega watch clasp (rather than the buckle)?
