In fact, the Portofino collection is actually the least expensive of all the rows in the IWC, but should order a good amount of respect.
Someone please talk some sense into me!
Hey all,I promised myself I'd sell one of these two watches after a recent acquisition. The choices are a newer Breitling Avenger Seawolf Code Yellow (1 of 1000 pieces) or an all original '68 Tudor Sub 7016/0. I'd be getting roughly the same value for each watch... and I love both. Now before we all say, duh no brainer this is TRF keep the Tudor, let me just say that the Tudor could use a servicing and because its so old I don't wear it as much. The Breitling gets more wrist time and I dont worry about it as much because its rugged as hell with the DLC coating. Plus the other reason for keeping the Breitling would be that its very different than my other watches (16800 sub and '68 speedmaster transitional)... so it might be nice to keep to switch things up.Anyway, I have a potential buyer lined up for the Breitling but I'm sure I could sell the Tudor equally as easy. At first it seemed like a no brainer but now I'm starting to second guess and am thinking maybe I should sell the Tudor
I wish
I'm looking at acquiring my first Nautilus and have a few options to choose from. I would love to choose the 5711, but sadly the waiting list is very long with my AD. And my urge and impatience to acquire one is big.....So I want to choose from these models.5711G - white gold, grey dial, leather strap - discontinued5980AR - the bicolor, blue dial chrono - current5726A-001 - annual calender - black dial - leather strap5980/1A-001 - annual calender bracelet - discontinuedThanks for your insights and comments !
Incoming! First Panerai
Thanks to all of you that helped me choose my first Panerai, and especially for Nick C who was my enabler. I have decided to get the 372 and boy am I happy with that decision.I got it from the boutique in Kuwait and they hooked me up with two free straps, a keychain, and a pen.Enough with the talking, here are the pictures.
Received the " call " earlier in NE London lol
I am happy to share that we took a call from Rolex/Tudor over in Harrods late this afternoon offering one of the Harrods BBs,,,,,rare to get a call from an AD in this part of the world,,, After a nice chat this morning which I posted in the long term Harrods bb thread to then be offered a numbered piece is a huge and welcome surprise so I be off in a couple of days to pick her up,,, Still in shock,,,
