My Franc Vila EVOS 8 Cobra Watch Article On AskMen.com
Right before I wrote this article I was fortunate enough to actually meet with Franc Vila himself. He showed me a selection of watches from his collection, including the Cobra models that I wrote about for AskMenwatches-dealer (see link below). It was interesting that I met with the man who made a watch I was about to write about. I was literally assigned to write about the watch a few hours before I met him, so it was a total coincidence really. He is a charismatic fellow who is more a watch enthusiast turned watch company owner as opposed to being a introverted watch maker like the hardcore fellows. He has a deep connection with the designs and a close relationship with his customers. What amazed me about the watch is just how solid they felt. If you've ever picked up a watch that felt like lots of pieces put together, you'll now what I mean. The Franc Vila watches feel like one solid piece. Speedmaster Decisions & Advice Please
Hi All -A Rolex guy trying to increase my Speedmaster knowledge! I am happily hunting for a Speedmaster. It will replace my recently sold and loved 16710 and be worn Mon thru Thu at the office. My 14060 Sub owns my wrist from Thur thru Sun. I am liking the idea of those 2 icons as the platform for my rotation. A Zenith Class Elite earns church and suit duty. I prefer to buy here or on TZ - but not much available now. Storing watch with crown pulled out
If watches are displayed in stores and or transported with the crown pulled out, should you not store your own watches in the same manner ?What is the real reason for pulling out the crown ?
