Custom Bell & Ross Harley-Davidson to Tour U.S.
After an impressive third place finish in the Modified Harley-Davidson Class at the AMD World Championships in Sturgis, South Dakota on August 11, 2011. Shaw Harley-Davidson's Bell & Ross inspired custom built Nascafe Racer will go on tour in the U.S. starting September 29. Find the dates and locations and wallpaper of the custom Harley inside. The bike was a crowd pleaser during its debut at the International Custom Bike Show at the Alexandra Palace in London in February, 2011 where it was first runner up. It won first place at the Irish International AMD Custom Bike Championship in Dublin this past March and was first runner up at the Bournemouth International AMD Custom Bike Championship in May, 2011.The custom bike is based on the Harley-Davidson FXSTB Softail Nightrain, one of the more radical Softails. The motorcycle was constructed in the Speed & Custom workshop of the East Sussex dealership. A BR 01-92 Carbon watch was mounted in a handcrafted center console using a mac
How does a (new) Speedmaster Professional wear compared to an Explorer?
For whatever reason there's a Rolex AD less than two miles from my house, but the nearest Omega AD is an hour away. So I haven't yet had the chance to go and put on a Speedmaster Professional.I've been wanting a new Hesalite Moonwatch for awhile. Maybe Rolex has my senses skewed, but the Speedy Pro seems like a great value, killer looks, storied history, etc. I wonder though how it'll wear...I know it's easy to find negative comments online, but I've read that the bracelet isn't awesome because there isn't enough adjustability, it's heavy, the links are thick and big, etc. I know it comes with a NATO as well, but I really think I'm 99% a bracelet guy (though I agree it looks great on a NATO).So I'm curious if anyone on here has had extended wrist time with both, particularly the current Speedmaster iteration, and can give me your thoughts.
Strap for my 1970s Seamaster
Hi there people,I'm currently looking to put my 1970s Seamaster on a leather strap, probably a military style cuff bracelet. The problem is, the gap between the lugs is very narrow, possibly 10-12mm, so what I'd like to know, is where can I find a bracelet to fit?I've attached photos in case my description is unclear. Thanks!
Generally Fed Up
GuysMany of you know that I was going to pick up a Speedy Moonwatch this coming Christmas.Well...I just visited my local jeweller and discovered that follwing the recent Omega price increase the Moonwatch has gone up ?500!!!!!!!!!!!!That now puts this watch at over ?2000...very close to used Rolex GMT2 Pepsi territory. Now I haven't got a clue what to do?Any advice?J
Aquanaut has anti magnetic technology? (Milgauss)
I was watching a YouTube review of the 5167 and the review stated the 324S has anti magnetic technology incorporated in the movement. I was thinking about the Rolex Milgauss when he said it. Is that BS or fact?
