Glash��tte Original has created this “1 of 1” Senator Chronometer for Only Watch 2011. The 18k red gold case is perfectly sized at 42mm. On tap are panorama date, day/night indication, and a stop-seconds feature with innovative minute detent. The dial is matte black and silver with radial Roman numerals, an outer minute track for precise time display, and a power-reserve display below 12. My 5164 with cufflinks
Had a chance to wear my new 5164 with my Calatrava cufflinks and I think they worked really well. The watch felt quite dressy on my wrist even on the rubber, as it is a small and exquisite piece.

I walked into an AD this afternoon looking for one of the hard to find Rolex SD43. As always, it wasn't in the case, but I did ask the saleslady about it's availability. She said they did not have one in stock at the moment. I mentioned to her I called a week ago asking about it's availability and was told they are taking orders for the watch but on the condition payment is made in full.I asked about ETA on the order. She said up to 3 months. I told her I wasn't keen on waiting that long for it.
