Piaget Emperador Coussin Moon Phase For Only Watch 2009
July 20, 2009 was the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing mission that famously madethe Omega Speedmaster Professional watch world famous. Oh yea, and it was cool that we landed on the moon as well. Trust me, on each occasion that can be fathomably possible, Omega relishes in its [past] achievements. Why should Omega have all the fun though? There are other watches companies, and others that can work to celebrate humanity's victory over our Earthly prison! The most obvious type of watch to include playful lunar features are of course moon phase watches, and the most appropriate are those watches with larger moon phase indicators. I've seen moon phases with a moon display that is plain, those that try to emulate the look of the surface of the moon, those that have all sorts of playful or characterful faces, and thenthe?? displays like this that celebrate the moon landing. This watch is a one-off, meaning that there will only be one of them. It is based on higher production wa
2254.50 or 2230.50 Date Wheel Code
Hi, Can anyone help me with the OME code for the date wheel for either the 2252.50 or 2233.50 SMP? I am contemplating modifying my 2531.80; I prefer the style of the 2254.50 but not the dial and intend to use the dial of the 2230.50 Non AC SMP, for the applied hour markers, Omega symbol and Omega. I have the OME codes for the following items: 2254.50 black bezel2230.50 dial2230.50 hands and dialHowever, try as I may using O Frei etc, I cannot discover the code for the black date wheel with white numbers. Any help much appreciated. Brian PS I found this photo on the web
Intro - New(ish) member and his two Omegas
Greetings. Just created my profile a few days ago, so thought I should introduce myself here on Omega, and share pics of my two Omega pieces. My Aqua Terra was my first mechanical watch. It was a gift from my wife while we were visiting the island of St. Martin in 2004 (wow, time flies). As we left the store with my new Omega on my wrist, I claimed this is the last watch I'll ever need, honey. Oops.A couple of years later, I noticed my Rolex AD was wearing a beat-up old Speedmaster one day. I bought it as-is, and sent to RGM for overhaul/restoration. Love my Speedmaster!
I need your help refining my watch collection!
Hi everyone,Now that we're entering 2018 i started reflecting on all my purchases in 2017.It was a crazy year as I ended up buying everything I could get my hands on.But I started feeling that it's all about the quality and not the quantity, therefore I've decided to get rid of a couple and only keep the ones that would add something to the collection. In addition I'm looking to add my first Patek ( Nautilus 5712) as well as an AP RO jumbo 39 sometime around Jan / Feb 2018 so the extra cash would help.My current collection:AP RO 15400st 41 white >Rolex SKY-DWELLER 326934 BLUERolex Deepsea DBLUE>Rolex 116500 LN Daytona whiteRolex SD43 50th anniversary >Rolex Sub 116600LV hulk >Rolex GMT Master II BLNR Batman >Rolex SD4000 116600 discontinued.Rolex No date Sub 114060Omega Seamaster PO GMT>Omega Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday Omega Seamaster cosmic 1967>Seiko SKX009JThe watches marked with > are the ones im keen on keeping. Would be interesting to hear your opinion.
First day with the HULK !!!
The HULK is here... for those who saw my last post and were interested in seeing some photos... here they are. They aren't the best, but I'll be taking a lot more. This watch really is stunning in outdoor light. Indoors it can almost look like a Kermit as the Bezel still looks very green but the dial does look very dark almost black. But in the sunlight there's no doubt about it, HULK IN FULL RAGE
