Hublot's Miami Heat Partnership
Sponsored PostIn February 2010, Hublot announced that HEAT guard, Dwyane Wade, would join the "Hublot family," a highly elite circle of Hublot ambassadors who are living legends in their respective disciplines. Wade's commitment to excellence, which he strives for on and off the court, and his passion for the sport, parallels Hublot's vast achievements in fine watch making.Hublot is the HEAT's presenting sponsor for all premium entrances at American Airlines Arena including Gate 4. In addition, the partnership designates Hublot as the official timekeeper of the Miami HEAT and an official countdown to tip off prior to each HEAT game via the courtside signage system at American Airlines Arena. In March of 2012 Hublot unveiled the first King Power Miami HEAT chronograph, becoming the first Swiss luxury brand to launch an NBA timepiece. Later that year, Hublot presented the entire team with commemorative Big Bang timepieces to celebrate the first victory in the Big 3 era. In honor of the
The Omega Fragrance...
I know it's a bit sad, but honest I actually enjoy the smell (and so does my wife)...
Omega 2254.50.00 or Rolex Sub-Dweller? Helpppp!
Hi guys,I am in process of buying new watch and this time I wouldl like to have something different than I used to have before.I am in difficult situation, I would love to have Rolex SD, but I do like Omega Seamaster (2254.50.00) as well. I am torn, what to go for?Of course, there is cost associated, new Rolex SD would cost me about ?3600, new Omega Seamaster ?1090. I can pay the full price for Omega without a problem, with SD I would have to take optional finance (0%) over 3 years with 20% deposit, so it is not a bad deal at all. Also I quite like the new Deepsea. Still, we are talking about a lot of money. Please, help me, what to go for? I have read so many articles about both watches, comparisions, etc ..What I like about Rolex SD:- my ultimate brand- look- robustnes- prestige- rolex service- small price depreciationDislike:- priceWhat I like about Omega 2254.50- price- brand too- lookDislike:- people's experience with Omega service- it's not a Rolex- bigger depreciation in price th
5159
Greetings TRF,After thinking a rather long time about the next timepiece I'd review I thought I'd give this model a try. Given that it is the only Grandes Complications model I've had the chance to actually handle and that it is a model I particularely love I think the choice was quite the no-brainer (besides, I hope one of our friends around here who happens to own one will chime in to give his opinion on it...).Today's review: the Patek Philippe 5159- The case: The watch's first forte, the officer's case is a wonderful asset of this timepiece. Everything on it gives you the feeling that you have a vintage watch on your wrist: the big round crown, the straight lugs with their screws replacing the usual springbars and, when you take a look on the other side, the gold hinged dust cover hiding the sapphire crystal case back that displays the movement. I must admit I used to feel a tad strange while looking at such lugs on watches as I thought they were cut too roughly off the case but th
