I'm a vintage Rolex guy and I'm reaching out to you with the ever-popular my buddy has a watch and wants to know if it's real thread.I know a few tricks to attempt to authenticate with the two attached pics, but I flat-out struck out...I can't even find any with reference to this limited edition batch (supposedly he has 99 out of 200). Suggestions for Patek Service...
Hello,I am contemplating my next large purchase by looking at Patek reference # 5119J from the Calatrava series. My question relates to service. I will most likely buy used and wondered what to expect for a typical service from Patek? Also curious if there is a well known option for service outside of Patek that is reasonable and provides excellent quality work. My main reason for the inquiry is I anticipate the piece I purchase to be outside of the warranty window should any issues arise. Any suggestions are appreciated.Thank you!!!
