Hotblack Smartwatch Displays Soccer Match Scores On Analog Display
Hotblack London is a new smart watch brand established by British physicist and watchmaker, Richard Hoptroff. Simply called the "Hotblack watch," this analog smart watch?can display either the time and the date, or by the press of a button, the live score and the remaining time of?any ongoing soccer?match of the?owner's choice. Primarily known for his "No. 10"?Atomic Pocket?Watch for Hotblack London, Richard set out to create a wristwatch that is arguably much more wearable and affordable and is inspired?by?one of the greatest sport events of the year, the FIFA World Cup.Held every four years and called the FIFA World Cup, the world soccer championship?is an unstoppable marketing machine that absolutely no one on this planet could?fully ignore. It should come as no surprise then that we see?watch brands come up with new and interesting ways to get a slice of the international attention that surrounds the event. Junghans 1972 Chronoscope & Mega Solar
Those on a relative budget wanting a nice sport watch should take a good look at the 1972 collection of timepieces from German brand Junghans. Often known for their atomic clock controlled watches, Junghans has an interesting assortment of both modern and vintage inspired quartz or mechanical watches. The 1972 collection takes direction and inspiration from sport-themed watches made in that era. Though, there is a slick modern edge to the designs which fits the brand's larger collection of timepieces. I do enjoy how they took a classic look and updated it a bit.Junghans is among the few brands that uses many movements derived from Seiko. The 1972 collection currently has three movement options, and I believe that at least two of them are Seiko Japanese quartz calibers. Two of the movements are "Solar" meaning that they use light to recharge the batteries. The 1972 collection watches each have a 43.3mm wide steel case, with a rotating diver's bezel in either steel or black tone. The case

Daytona Dilemna: To Buy or not to Buy
I'm an Audemars Piguet fan but I've become enamored with the ceramic Daytona with a black face. I currently have 2 AP's in my collection and nothing else:1) AP 15400 with a blue face in steel 2) AP 15407 openworked in steelTo my surprise, one of the AD's that I love called me and indicated they have a white Daytona available if I want it. I just got into watches and I'm a collector and not a reseller. I'm not looking to flip this watch for a profit and I would much rather it go to someone who will enjoy it if I won't wear it. My 5 watches that I planned to have before my collection is complete:1) AP 15400 with a blue face in steel 2) AP 15407 openworked in steel3) Rolex Daytona Ceramic Black Face in steel4) Patek 5980 blue face in steel5) Patek 5524 blue face, white gold, on brown leather strapThe million dollar question, do I buy the ceramic Daytona with the white face or not? This is not a large AD and they've only ever got 1 black face Daytona so I don't know even if I wait if anoth
