The list of independent watch brand-hopefuls continues to grow with another crowd-funding entry in the shape of Melbourne Watch Company. Melbourne and its founder, Sujain Krishnan are using Indiegogo as the platform to back their first production watch, the Flinders Automatic.Before stepping off on his quest to design his own watch, Sujain ran Melbourne Custom Watches, a shop that created homage military and pilot style watches. The small business ran for the past year with enough success for Sujain to realize he had the potential to expand beyond creating other people’s designs and homages into his own brand. One slight name change later and we have the Melbourne Watch Company and a first timepiece.The Flinders is their first original design and was named after Melbourne’s Flinders Street Station. AP 42mm Steel Diver Vs. PAM 111 44mm - Fit wise...
Hi All,Perhaps a strange question...but this might help manage my expectations / give me something to ruminate on for now.I think my 44mm PAM 111 fits my 6.5 wrist pretty nicely.I have not tried on the AP diver yet - tho I will. Wondering if folks who have both watches - or who have tried both watches can comment.The 41mm RO 15400 feels way too big on me...the 15300 - also on the potential hit list - fits well, but is hard to find.Are the Diver's lugs curved differently Vs. the 15400 so that the larger size may sit better ala the PAM for me?At any rate, sorry for the rambling, but I wanted some food for thought before I try one on.Cheers.

Hello all,A great visit today to my Patek AD. The great news first: My wonderful wife got her first Patek today. She looked at several and as I would have guessed she picked the 5068R Aquanaut with beautiful diamond bezel. She is so excited and now a member of the Patek family...Big congrats to her and well deserved! I also was lucky enough to get a stunning pair of RG Cufflinks. They are so elegant and Patek classy! I acquired this watch early this month from a 2nd hand watches board in Thailand. And replace the genuine strap to a Crazy horse by Heroric 18. This watch is simple but nice. Just love it!Cheers,
