Open papers - Is it acceptable at Omega service centre?
How does Omega service centre treat a timepiece with open papers? Will they honour the warranty?Note here the jeweler info is missing, as well as the date is unfilled. In all my previous Omega purchases with AD, the Jeweler info is preprinted. They only fill in the date part by hand...
Spring bar, tang buckle and strap size for 5110
Hi all,I'd like to upgrade a few parts on my 5110, which is still rockin' the original strap/spring bars.Does anyone know what the correct size of quick release spring bars to buy for the 5110? My guess is 21/20mm, but wanted to triple check before buying. Also, I was thinking of swapping the deployant for a tang buckle. What is the correct tang buckle size? 16mm?I realize I'd have to buy a new strap to fit the tang buckle and was assuming the strap dimensions would still be 20mm lug and 16mm end. Hope that is also correct. Thanks for the help!
New to Panerai, looking for advice!
Hello everyone!I've seen too many Panerai now to be able to ignore them any longer, and I'd like to add one to my collection. Problem is, in Chicago, there's only one place that I know of that has them (Tourneau, sadly) and after reluctantly heading over there today, they didn't have THAT many to look at.Bit of background for me and what I'm looking for. I have small wrists and I wear a Daytona daily right now. I had my eye on the PAM512 from photos but I had no idea how truly small this watch was and when I tried it on, I wasn't really digging it. I see that the 572 seems to be a larger, automatic version of this, but I can't find a lot of photos of the 572, especially on a wrist. One thing I don't like about some Panerai is the very wide and thick watch strap. I'm looking for something decidedly smaller, like you'd find with a white/rose gold Daytona, if that's possible at all.Further, I know my Rolexes inside and out, but aren't as familiar with the classic Panerai's and anything I s
Rolex 17013
Why is it almost impossible to find a 17013 i excellent condition with box, books, papers and hang tags? Also, didn't the 17013 and 19018 come with the same red chronometer tags as the automatic DJ's and DD's?
Double Incoming!!!
Hi everyone! I am so excited about my UPS package that came in this morning! After a ton of searching and looking I finally found a Tudor BBN rose logo ETA!!! On leather!!!! I was also able to secure a great discount on a 126333 white stick dial. I always preffer the TS Route, but this time I must say that I had a wonderful experience at an AD. White glove service, and even ordered my TT DJ straight from switzerland so it was never touched by human hands before mine! All in all its a great day and a pleasure to share with my fellow TRFers. Here are some photos!
