2015 Glashtte Original PanoMaticLunar, PanoReserve Models Updated
Every year, as the tsunami of major new releases of BaselWorld approaches, we also encounter a larger number of updates to existing?models.?One?C well, two C of the more notable ones that were released just today are from Glashtte Original?who announced?two?new-for-2015 versions of both their?PanoReserve and PanoMaticLunar pieces. Both models?see two new versions added to their respective lines of watches, including red gold cased pieces with a matte black dial and a stainless steel cased option with a deep blue dial.?Glashtte Original has debuted its?first "Pano" model in 2000 C in the same year the Swatch Group has taken over the brand C with the PanoRetroGraph. With that limited edition in platinum the Pano line was born, ready to be developed over the course of coming years; building around the original's trademark design elements, such as the off-centered and overlapping sub-dials and the?panorama date aperture. This layout is a given for all "Pano" watches and what's interesting
Looking for pics. 15300/15202 beside a SubC/GMTII
Thanks! Planning a vacation soon...to buy a watch (my vacations are planned around watch shopping [window, mostly] and restaurants). I was hoping you kind gents could post a pic of the 15300 or 15202 beside a Rolex Sub or GMT. Also, pics of a 15300 beside a 15202 would also be appreciated. Thanks!
question for the omega guys
hey guys recently Omega has really started to catch my eye especially the 232.30.42.21.01.001 seamaster. my questions are:1) does this version have the in house movement? 2) what is retail for the watch?3) what would be considered a good discount?i know that #3 is relative and would depend on what kind of relationship you have with your dealer. i have a good relationship with my AD so is 27% off asking too much?
Omega in the London Times
Just for fun. How did he get this into an Alfa Romeo review. Since dropping cable I really miss Top Gear..timesonline.co.uk/tol/dri...cle5944203.ece
No great shakes to Rolex releases but thats a good thing!
One of the endearing and foundational ideas of a master brand like Rolex is that it doesn't change much.Brands that release new watches each season kill second hand value, and kind of prove their designs weren't the best in the first placeI am glad that Rolex re-released a previous start, with the wrong bracelet, and a pimped up Daytona, for the Dubai set only. Its a statement of confidence in the brand frankly! Now where do I find a loan for the blue dial white gold SS.
