Every year, for one week, the beautiful Pebble Beach area is home to the most comprehensive and extravagant multi-show for car collectors and car enthusiasts on the planet: The Concours d'Elegance. What makes this super show special is that there is something for every car lover: from concept cars, to modern marvels, to the supercars, and the wonderful race cars of the past and present.In 2014, Parmigiani Fleurier?celebrated 10 years of partnership with the French (now German-owned) car manufacturer Bugatti, who makes some of the most coveted supercars in the world, most notably, the world record holder for fastest production car: The Bugatti Veyron. Since Pebble Beach is a short drive from where I live in Silicon Valley, I was more than happy to make the drive to spend a few days living the Bugatti and Parmigiani lifestyle, in what I found to be?one of the most beautiful places in the world.What follows here is a short report on this "dream" lifestyle from my experience at the Concour

Hi all,Thought I'd share the new purchase. Ck2998 to go with the speedy pro and couple of Rolex that I have. Really like it. For now, strap only as don't have a bracelet but that's no prob as both of the Rolex and my speedy pro live on theirs so it's a nice change and a dress up for the suit.I know this watch doesn't get much love, but as a value proposition I think it's just about fine compared to the speedy with the sapphire and the ceramic. I did pay slightly over list, but that's the way of the world in the U.K. As we stand and I'm actually pretty pleased I got it for where I did. Wears slightly smaller than the pro, and achieves the vintage/dressy look pretty well imo.I will get a couple of new straps. I love the blue, but to avoid a blue overload may get a brown and a nylon/cordura. I will also invest eventually in a bracelet although they are tough to find. It's amazing. I started off with Rolex and thought I'd want nothing else. A speedy pro and now this has me thinking. Some d
