Need some help!

Is it worth to trade my 5712r for a 59801A?
i have been thinking of getting the 5980ss for a while now, don't really know how hard it will be to obtain one since it's being discontinued, so i guess my best bet is the second hand market. I 've got my 5712r almost 2 yrs now, don't know if i should trade it for the bigger size nautilus?
Ok, so its a massive "if" but......
What if Rolex really have stopped 126600 production and what if March sees the new SD43 with an all white text dial?(Not that I believe either of those have/will happen, but play along with me) That would give us say 10 months production of the Single Red 50th Anniversary Sea Dweller. And probably all manufactured in 2017, the anniversary year. Would that make a Single Red SD43 the shortest variant production run in Rolex history?Or have there been shorter runs of a variant in the past?
