New Anonimo Watches For 2010
I recently learned that Italian Anonimo watches have returned to the US. Sources indicated that until just recently they had abandoned the United States market! Now Anonimo USA is pledging a full scale eruption of "Anonomic" proportions. Well I just made that one word up, but it seems to fit. With a history linked to Panerai and a style that is similar, the brand has a rich and dedicated following with some good looking products. I'd love to get my hands on some soon. Click here for an example of a very long and through homage to their popular Polluce line of watches.Anonimo has a few new interesting watch for us to enjoy. Here are three of them that are interesting and display for you what is common for the brand. Starting from the top here are the Anonimo Cronoscopio Mark II, D-Date II and the Pulluce Magnum. You can see while each of them is similar in style, there are enough differences in each for Anonimo to say that they don't just change around dials to make new watches. Plus th
LiquidMetal Photos
Several have asked how the LM differs from the standard PO. I have not owned a standard but here are some shots that may show the differences.Of course the not-so-subtle caseback shouts different:Notice that all the engraving left no room for the anti-counterfeiting globe which now appears on the back of the 5:00 lug. (World Premier is a bit much IMO as is the and Only of the sapphire sandwich.)Then there are the applied numerals and Omega, red Seamaster, silver lettering and minute indexing, and if you look carefully, you will see the green [ZrO2]:The LM dial is made of the same ceramic material as the bezel and the date window appears to be cut with clearly defined edges rather than stamped as with the standard dial:And of course, the LiquidMetal is only available in the 42mm size.Fr. Speedy Pro owners
The Speedy Pro is really growing on me.Now I'm not anal about accuracy however I have grown accustomed to a fairly high level of precision that I generally get from my Rolex's and others. So I'd just like to ask you what to expect from the Speedy Pro.
quest for white milgauss
We all know by now the Milgauss has discontinued the non - green glass models ;specifically the 116400 Black and White dial model respectively. One can find both discontinued models on sale used but what really intrigue me is I could only find a white milgauss with up to V serial (2009) and never a G serial or AN serial . I wish to know if the white milgauss does produce past a V serial ( circa 2009 ) before it is officially discon, and I seek all white milgauss owners to name your serial details for this research. Thank you very much in advanced. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
