First AP - Royal Oak 15300
Hey guys, I haven't posted much in the AP sub forum, but have read your posts as I was considering my first AP. I went to my AD and tried on the 15400, but it just didn't feel right - I think it felt a little bigger than what I had hoped for. However, I was able to track down a pre-owned 15300, and the size feels much better. The thickness of the bracelet and heft is taking some time to get used to, as my other sports watches are a pp 5711 and 5167, but the white/silver dial really compliments my predominantly dark dial watch collection. Anyway, if anyone else didn't find the 15400 to be a good fit, I recommend you give the 15300 a try!
Modern bracelet on vintage Speedmaster
Would the Modern Speedmaster bracelet 1998/849 fit a vintage '1967 145.012 Speedmaster? I know the 1171 is the current replacement, but would the bracelet for modern Speedmasters still fit correctly?thanks
President bracelet 1.25 link
Replaced a link in my day-date bracelet with a 1.25 link. Needed it just a little more loose. Thought I would share a couple pics..... I had never seen one before. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1336758343.193943.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1336758370.315337.jpg

My first Rolex!
Good evening all!I purchased my first Rolex 3 weeks ago, a Datejust 41 and I absolutely love it! It's elegant, versatile and down right beautiful. I purchased it pre-owned by a few months, 5 to be exact so it is a 2017 model. The watch is in fantastic condition apart from 2 small gauges on the left hand side of the case. They are deeper than surface scratches I can feel one of them with my nail and visually you can tell they are a lot deeper. As I am new to Rolex, I wanted some opinions on whether these can be buffed/polished out or if the marks are there for good. Thanks :)
