It seemed like back then, of course, all watches were mechanical, and most seemed quite affordable, even considering inflation. But another poster quickly set me right. He pointed out that were were living in the Golden Age of mechanical watches right now! After a few moments of consideration I realized he was absolutely correct.A strong argument could be made that we live in a Golden Age of mechanical watches now. Help idetifying a Breitling
This may be a long shot as I dont have any photos. In the film 51st State with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Carlyle, Jackson is seen wearing a Breitling just before he blows Meat Loaf up. Its been bugging me for years what type it was so any help would be great.Oh and its a very funny film by the wayregards M

Daytona model number question
The Rolex Daytona in yellow gold with brown ceramic bezel and brown leather bracelet which model number is it? I was seeing photos of 116518 but the bezel is black and the bracelet black and other material. Maybe the same but I'm not sure.And the official list price ?? Thanks friends.

Superluminova vs Chromalight
Can someone let me know the difference between the previous Rolex Superluminova (green) and the current Chromalight (blue) lume? Which one lasts longer? When did most of the Rolex range switch over?Trying to determine if a newer model GMT Master 116713 is worth the cost for a potentially longer lasting lume.
