Need help to identify its authenticity on Ebay
Hi guys I really need some help here, I am looking at this AP on ebay .ebay/itm/272367339875...%3AMEBIDX%3AITThe seller didn't explain why the winner didn't purchase the watch, I sent him an email and he offered me the watch. I can not really tell the difference from the picture provided on ebay.However he did email me 2 pictures today with closer shot and I felt the engravings on the back look a bit different from other watches that are exactly the same model. Details: He asks to paypal $10k due to limitation withdraw on his paypal account and bank wire him the rest. I called paypal and find out his email is not registered with paypal. He does have decent feedback and so far the stories he has given seems to match, he gave 2 ebay ID (1 has 300 feedbcak and 1 has 40 feedback) who he claim he sold the watch to but didn't go through ebay, I contacted them and both replied with decent feedback. I do want to give him the benefit of the doubt and I was hoping to get some help here. HE ALSO

Thinking Patek 5726 or 5711r. Push me one direction.
I've got a decent collection of Rolex's and now I've gotten the Patek bug. I know the 5711 in stainless ain't happening so I've narrowed it down to the 5711r or 5726 both on bracelet. I'm kinda torn because I want an annual calendar/moon phase (hence why I'm looking outside rolex) but also eventually wanted something rose gold in my collection. Prices seem to be all over the place, I don't plan to resell, but if I buy from a trusted seller which one would I likely lose less on down the road? Or should I get on a wait list at an AD. I know the rolex game but Patek is new to me, your input is appreciated. Dilemma: Would you trade a 118206 Glacier Roman for a PP 5059?
I have been considering trading my Rolex 118206 for a 5959R or J. I have wanted a PP perpetual calendar and can't get one without shedding something from my collection. I think the 118206 is a very pretty watch but am not sure how 'special' it is compared to a PP PC. By trading the rolex it gets me more than halfway home to the PC. I don't wear the Rolex as much as it gets supplanted by various Nautiluses or AP's. since this is the Rolex forum I figured it was a good place for opinion gathering. Thx much
