In June 2013, UK watchmaker Bremont introduced the Codebreaker �C a flyback chronograph with GMT function made in collaboration with the historic Bletchley Park Trust. We showed you the watch moments after launch, highlighting Bletchley Park's important role as the center of code breaking operations for the British Army during WWII. The Codebreaker incorporates a number of real historical artifacts into the design, including parts of the punchcards used for code breaking. Great News on the Service of my 5402SA!!! Now in Le Brassus!!
I know I've been away for weeks as I've been extremely busy with work and traveling every week. After all the drama on my 5402SA and the APSC in Florida back in February, I asked them to send my watch directly to the manufacture in Le Brassus. I am so glad I did!I just got the estimate and everything that needs to be done will cost way less than what Clearwater had quoted me. The new estimate $2762 vs. $4398. Isn't this just ridiculous! I guess they need some properly trained watchmakers down in FL to do better assessments on the condition of timepieces. Something else that is just great is that they also offered case and bracelet refinishing. Can't wait to see what my puppy will look like when I get it back. Just got a hardly used 2254.50 and did a 24 hour time check. Only lost 1 to 2 seconds. I'd say that is pretty good for an auto!!!
