Speedy Pro "Tintin" has arrived...
Hey all,Well, despite the lack of love for the Speedy Pro Racing dial known as the Tintin, I've been hooked on it since it was announced. I first saw it in London about a year ago but held off due to other recent buys. Well, the fire was stoked again recently...even more so when I found it was already out of production. When I started to re-research it, I found very little info likely due to the ugly reviews...including some on here. Well, the dial sung to me and I had a real hunch that it would play well on a NATO. I really dislike the Speedy Pro bracelet and feel it draws one's eyes away from this pretty, painted dial. I've had her on my wrist for 4 days straight since arrival!Look for her on fratellowatches this coming week as my new piece will be featured. Paid full retail at my AD for my BLNR...is this common?
Picked up a BLNR last week from an AD. Paid full retail plus tax. This watch was not in stock anywhere around me for the last few months at least. My AD knew i wanted one and called me when it came in. I was so happy that one became available that i didnt even ask for a better price. A guy i know was giving me a hard time tonight saying i should always expect 15-20% off MSRP when dealing with Rolex ADs especially as repeat customers. Any truth to that?

Incoming SkyD SS....
AD called me with offer of a white dialed SS SkyD. I was considering trading my RG & SS DJ 116231 with black MOP and romans but the offer stunk and I really like that watch.I found 2 other non-Rolex watches that got little wrist time and were nearing service dates, so I traded them for the SkyD. I am quite pleased with it, and I truly love the white dial. BTW I know my point and sh!t camera is a POS but here's a few crappy photos. Anyway, you know what it looks like.
