This was an interesting Doxa. Mainly because it was different than their diving watch line - which is at least all I know Doxa for in the modern sense. I've heard people complain about how Doxa watches are overpriced. That might be so, but they have been around for a while, and they made decent watches. Looking for rubber strap opinions on a B-1. Which do you think looks better? Ocean racer with deployant? Diver II with deployant? Polished or brushed finish? I have a black dial B-1 so I would be looking at a black rubber strap. Thanks in advance for your participation. Guy

talked to jorge at the omega boutique in vancouver, he said the speedy 3570.50 went for $4500 plus the 12% tax.....that puts this watch at 5k out the door....is that correct? i asked if there were any discounts and he kinda stuttered 'uh....no'.what does that watch go for on the 'trusted seller' market in canada? How canada doesnt put itself out of business i have no idea....

has anyone here ever serviced their Omega Seamaster for a screw-in crown? my crown cannot be screwed in because it is worn off....therefore i cannot take it under water. how much does it normally cost? my local AD said it is $300 to fix it....i prefer to buy a new one.
